Pet Again("앱")은 무지개다리를 건넌 반려동물의 사진으로 따뜻한 추모 이미지·짧은 영상·추모 카드 등을 만들어 오래 기억할 수 있게 돕는 앱입니다. 추모의 데이터는 민감한 감정 데이터라는 점을 이해하며, 본 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 다루고 어떻게 사용·보관·삭제하는지 설명합니다. 앱은 계정이나 로그인 없이 사용합니다.
1. 수집·처리하는 정보
- 업로드한 사진: 추모 콘텐츠를 만들기 위해 선택한 반려동물 사진은 생성 처리를 위해 당사(Pickersoft) 서버로 전송됩니다.
- 반려동물 프로필: 이름·종류·성격·함께한 기간 등 직접 입력한 정보. 콘텐츠 생성의 재료로만 사용합니다.
- 설치 식별자(설치 ID): 계정 대신 쓰이는 임의의 익명 식별자로, 크레딧·생성 이력을 이 기기에 연결하기 위해 사용합니다.
- 생성 이력: 만든 결과물과 크레딧 사용 내역.
이름·이메일·전화번호·위치 등 개인을 직접 식별하는 정보는 수집하지 않습니다.
2. 사진의 사용 목적 (매우 중요)
- 업로드한 사진은 오직 추모 콘텐츠 생성에만 사용됩니다. 분석·프로파일링·마케팅에 사용하지 않습니다.
- 업로드한 사진과 생성 결과는 AI 모델 학습에 사용하지 않습니다. 사용자 사진으로 모델을 학습·미세조정하지 않습니다.
- 사진은 제3자에게 판매·공유되지 않습니다.
3. 보관 및 자동 삭제
- 업로드한 원본 사진: 생성 작업이 끝난 뒤 24시간 이내에 서버에서 자동 삭제됩니다.
- 생성 결과물: 서버에서 최대 30일 보관 후 삭제됩니다(그 전에 직접 삭제 가능). 결과물은 기기 안 보관함에도 저장됩니다.
- 기기 내 보관함: 만든 작품은 기기 안(로컬 저장소)에 보관되며, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 제거됩니다.
4. 삭제 요청 수단
- 보관함에서 개별 작품을 삭제하면 기기와 서버에서 함께 삭제됩니다.
- 설정 화면의 "서버 사진 모두 삭제"로 이 기기와 연결된 서버 데이터를 한 번에 지울 수 있습니다.

5. 사람·타인이 포함된 사진
본 앱은 반려동물이 주인공인 사진을 위한 서비스입니다. 앱은 사람 얼굴을 변형·합성하지 않습니다. 타인이 식별되는 사진은 당사자의 동의를 받아 업로드해야 하며, 문제가 있는 콘텐츠는 문의 채널로 신고·삭제 요청할 수 있습니다.
6. 결제
크레딧 구매는 Google Play 계정을 통해 처리됩니다. 앱은 카드 번호 등 결제 정보를 직접 받지 않으며, 결제·환불은 스토어가 처리합니다. 구매 검증을 위해 구매 영수증 정보가 당사 서버로 전달됩니다.

7. 수집하지 않는 정보 · 광고 없음
- 광고 식별자(AAID/IDFA)나 광고 추적 데이터를 수집하지 않습니다.
- 제3자 분석·크래시 SDK를 통한 행동 데이터를 수집하지 않습니다.
- 앱에는 광고가 없습니다.

서버와의 모든 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화됩니다.
9. 아동의 개인정보
본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

Pet Again (the "App") helps you remember a pet who has crossed the rainbow bridge by creating warm memorial images, short videos, and keepsake cards from their photos. We recognize that memorial data is sensitive, emotional data. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used, stored, and deleted. The App is used without an account or login.
1. Information We Collect and Process
- Photos you upload: the pet photos you choose are transmitted to Pickersoft servers so we can generate your memorial content.
- Pet profile: details you enter such as name, species, personality, and years together — used only as input for content generation.
- Install identifier: a random, anonymous ID used in place of an account to associate your credits and generation history with this device.
- Generation history: the results you create and your credit usage.
We do not collect directly identifying information such as your name, email, phone number, or location.
2. How Your Photos Are Used (important)
- Uploaded photos are used only to generate memorial content. They are not used for analysis, profiling, or marketing.
- We do not use your uploaded photos or generated results to train AI models. We do not train or fine-tune any model on your photos.
- Your photos are never sold or shared with third parties.
3. Retention and Automatic Deletion
- Uploaded original photos: automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours after the generation job completes.
- Generated results: kept on our servers for up to 30 days and then deleted (you can delete them sooner). Results are also saved to the on-device library.
- On-device library: creations are stored on your device and are removed when you uninstall the App.
4. How to Delete Your Data
- Deleting an item in your library removes it from both the device and our servers.
- Use "Delete all my server photos" in Settings to erase the server data associated with this device at once.

5. Photos Containing People or Others
The App is intended for photos where a pet is the subject. The App does not alter or synthesize human faces. Photos that identify other people should only be uploaded with their consent, and you can report or request deletion of any problematic content through our contact channel.
6. Payments
Credit purchases are processed through your Google Play account. The App never directly receives card numbers or other payment-instrument data; billing and refunds are handled by the store. Purchase receipt information is sent to our server for verification.

7. What We Do Not Collect · No Ads
- We do not collect advertising identifiers (AAID/IDFA) or ad tracking data.
- We do not collect behavioral data via third-party analytics or crash SDKs.
- The App contains no advertising.
8. Encryption in Transit
All communication with our servers is encrypted with HTTPS.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes and Contact
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes to the service or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated through the App or this page.
