RunPicker("앱")는 측면에서 촬영한 짧은 러닝 영상으로 달리기 자세(생체역학)를 분석해 0~100 폼 점수와 코칭을 제공하는 iOS·Android 앱입니다. 모든 분석은 기기 안에서 이뤄지며, 계정이나 로그인 없이 사용합니다. 본 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 다루고, 어떻게 사용하며, 어떤 외부 서비스에 의존하는지 설명합니다.
1. 기기 내 처리 (영상은 업로드되지 않습니다)
- 촬영하거나 가져온 러닝 영상은 전적으로 기기 안에서 분석됩니다 — iOS는 Apple Vision, Android는 Google ML Kit의 온디바이스 자세추정을 사용합니다.
- 영상 원본과 분석 결과는 당사(Pickersoft) 서버로 전송되거나 업로드되지 않습니다.
2. 얼굴 데이터 (Face Data)
- 본 앱은 얼굴 인식·얼굴 감지·얼굴 분석 기능을 일절 사용하지 않습니다. 러닝 폼 분석은 온디바이스 신체 자세추정(Apple Vision / Google ML Kit)으로 발목·무릎·엉덩이·어깨 등 신체 관절 좌표만 감지합니다.
- 당사는 얼굴 데이터를 수집·저장·보관하지 않습니다. 영상 프레임은 신체 관절 좌표 산출만을 위해 기기 메모리에서 실시간 처리된 뒤 즉시 폐기되며, 얼굴 데이터는 생성·추출·저장되지 않습니다. 얼굴 데이터의 보관 기간은 0(영)입니다 — 애초에 수집하지 않으므로 저장되는 얼굴 데이터가 없고, 따라서 보관 목적이나 보관 기간 자체가 존재하지 않습니다.
- 당사는 얼굴 데이터를 어떠한 제3자와도 공유하지 않으며, 앱을 통해 얼굴 데이터를 수신하거나 저장하는 제3자도 없습니다. 자세추정 프레임워크(iOS의 Apple Vision, Android의 Google ML Kit)는 전적으로 기기 안에서 실행되며 영상이나 얼굴 데이터를 Apple, Google, 당사(Pickersoft) 또는 그 밖의 누구에게도 전송하지 않습니다.
- 사용자가 촬영하거나 가져온 영상에 얼굴이 우연히 포함될 수 있습니다. 이러한 영상은 사용자의 통제 하에 기기에만 저장되고(3항 참조) 업로드되지 않으며, 앱 내 삭제 기능 또는 앱 삭제로 언제든 제거할 수 있습니다.
3. 기기에 저장되는 정보
- 러닝 기록: 분석한 결과(폼 점수, 메트릭, 해당 영상 클립)는 기기 내부(iOS SwiftData / Android 앱 저장소)에만 저장됩니다.
- 설정값: 픽셀→cm 보정을 위한 키(身長) 등 입력값은 기기 설정에만 저장됩니다.
- 이 정보는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 제거되며, 앱 내에서 언제든 삭제할 수 있습니다.
4. 권한
- 카메라: 달리는 모습을 촬영하기 위해 사용합니다.
- 사진 보관함: 기존 영상을 가져와 분석하기 위해 사용합니다.
- 위치: 실시간 러닝 코치에서 페이스·거리·경로를 계산하기 위해 사용합니다(러닝 중에만).
- 신체활동/걸음: 케이던스(분당 걸음 수) 측정에 사용합니다.
- 알림: 러닝 중 코칭·상태 표시에 사용합니다.
- 심박수(블루투스 센서·Wear OS 워치): 연결한 블루투스(BLE) 심박 센서나 Wear OS 워치의 심박 데이터는 전적으로 기기 안에서 처리되며, 외부로 전송되거나 당사 서버에 보관되지 않습니다.
- 영상·위치·러닝·심박 데이터는 기기 내 처리·저장에만 쓰이며, 아래의 경우를 제외하고 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
- 지도 표시: 아래 5·6항을 참조하세요.
- 날씨 표시: 현재 위치의 날씨를 보여주기 위해 소수 1자리로 반올림한 좌표(약 11km 해상도)만 Open-Meteo(api.open-meteo.com)에 전송됩니다. 계정이나 식별자는 함께 전송되지 않으며, 응답은 즉시 표시에만 사용됩니다.
- 러닝 코스 사진: 코스의 실사진을 표시하기 위해 Google Places API(places.googleapis.com)를 사용합니다. Google의 처리에는 Google 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다: policies.google.com/privacy
5. 실시간 러닝 코치와 경로 지도
- 실시간 코치는 GPS로 페이스·거리·경로를, 걸음 센서로 케이던스를 계산해 음성으로 안내합니다. 이 러닝 데이터(경로 좌표 포함)는 기기에만 저장되며 당사 서버로 업로드되지 않습니다.
- 경로 지도는 Google Maps로 표시됩니다. 지도를 볼 때 표준 지도 이용 과정에서 보고 있는 지도 영역(위치)이 Google로 전송될 수 있습니다. Google의 처리에는 Google 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다: policies.google.com/privacy
6. 수집하지 않는 정보
- 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 개인을 직접 식별하는 정보
- 광고 식별자(IDFA/AAID)나 광고 추적 데이터
- 제3자 분석·크래시 SDK를 통한 행동 데이터
앱에는 광고나 분석 SDK가 포함되어 있지 않으며, 위치·러닝 데이터를 당사 서버로 수집하지 않습니다(날씨·코스 사진 등 외부 서비스 전송 예외는 4항, 지도 표시는 5항 참조).

- 러닝 기록·영상·설정은 기기에만 보관되며, 앱을 삭제하면 모두 제거됩니다. 앱 내 "삭제" 기능으로 언제든 지울 수 있습니다.
- 당사가 보관하는 개인정보가 없으므로 별도의 서버 측 삭제 요청은 필요하지 않습니다.
9. 아동의 개인정보
본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

RunPicker (the "App") is an iOS and Android app that analyzes your running form (biomechanics) from a short side-view video and gives you a 0–100 form score with coaching. All analysis happens on your device, and the App is used without an account or login. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles, how it is used, and which third-party services it relies on.
1. On-Device Processing (your video is never uploaded)
- The running video you record or import is analyzed entirely on your device — using Apple Vision on iOS and Google ML Kit on Android for on-device pose estimation.
- Your footage and analysis results are never transmitted or uploaded to Pickersoft servers.
2. Face Data
- The App does not use face detection, face recognition, or facial analysis of any kind. Running-form analysis uses on-device body-pose estimation (Apple Vision / Google ML Kit), which detects body-joint coordinates only (e.g., ankles, knees, hips, shoulders).
- We do not collect, store, or retain face data. Video frames are processed in memory on your device in real time solely to derive body-joint coordinates and are immediately discarded; no face data is ever generated, extracted, or saved. The retention period for face data is zero — because no face data is collected, none is stored, and therefore no storage purpose or storage duration exists.
- We do not share face data with any third parties, and no third party receives or stores face data through the App. The pose-estimation frameworks (Apple Vision on iOS, Google ML Kit on Android) run entirely on your device and do not transmit your video or any face data to Apple, Google, Pickersoft, or anyone else.
- Videos you record or import may incidentally include your face. Such videos remain solely on your device under your control (see section 3), are never uploaded, and can be removed at any time using the in-app delete features or by uninstalling the App.
3. Information Stored on Your Device
- Run history: analysis results (form score, metrics, and the video clip) are stored only on your device (SwiftData on iOS / app storage on Android).
- Settings: values you enter, such as your height for the pixel-to-cm calibration, are stored only in device settings.
- This information is removed when you uninstall the App, and you can delete it at any time within the App.
4. Permissions
- Camera: used to film yourself running.
- Photo Library: used to import an existing video for analysis.
- Location: used by the live running coach to compute pace, distance, and route (only during a run).
- Physical activity / steps: used to measure cadence (steps per minute).
- Notifications: used for coaching and status during a run.
- Heart rate (Bluetooth sensors / Wear OS watch): heart-rate data from a connected Bluetooth (BLE) heart-rate sensor or Wear OS watch is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted externally or stored on our servers.
- Your video, location, run, and heart-rate data are used only for on-device processing and storage, and are not transmitted anywhere except in the following cases.
- Map display: see sections 5 and 6 below.
- Weather display: to show the weather at your current location, only coordinates rounded to one decimal place (about 11 km resolution) are sent to Open-Meteo (api.open-meteo.com). No account or identifier is sent with the request, and the response is used only for immediate display.
- Running-course photos: real photos of running courses are shown using the Google Places API (places.googleapis.com). Google's handling is governed by the Google Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy
5. Live Running Coach and Route Map
- The live coach uses GPS for pace, distance, and route, and the step sensor for cadence, and gives voice guidance. This run data (including route coordinates) is stored only on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.
- The route map is shown using Google Maps. When you view the map, the map area (location) you are viewing may be sent to Google as part of standard map usage. Google's handling is governed by the Google Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy
6. Information We Do Not Collect
- Directly identifying information such as name, email, or phone number.
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID) or ad tracking data.
- Behavioral data via third-party analytics or crash SDKs.
The App contains no advertising or analytics SDKs, and does not collect your location or run data to our servers (see section 4 for external-service exceptions such as weather and course photos, and section 5 for map display).
7. Subscription Payments
RunPicker Pro subscription payments are processed through your Apple App Store (Apple ID) or Google Play account. The App never directly receives card numbers or other payment-instrument data; billing, renewal, and refunds are handled by the respective store.

8. Data Retention and Deletion
- Run history, videos, and settings are stored only on your device and are removed when you uninstall the App. You can clear them at any time using the "Delete" features in the App.
- Because we hold no personal data on our servers, no separate server-side deletion request is necessary.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes and Contact
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes to the service or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated through the App or this page.
