보통 2~3 영업일 이내에 답변드립니다.
이미지·영상 등 일부 기능은 크레딧을 사용합니다. 첫 이미지 1장은 무료로 만들어 볼 수 있어요. 크레딧은 설정 > 크레딧 상점에서 구매할 수 있습니다.
생성이 실패하면 사용된 크레딧은 자동으로 돌려드립니다. 따로 요청하지 않으셔도 됩니다.
결과물은 AI가 만든 연출이라 원본과 다를 수 있어요. 얼굴이 잘 보이는 사진일수록 더 닮게 만들어집니다. "많이 달라요"로 평가하시면 같은 스타일로 한 번 더 무료로 만들어 드립니다.
업로드한 원본 사진은 생성 후 24시간 이내에 서버에서 자동 삭제되고, 결과물은 최대 30일 보관됩니다. 업로드한 사진은 AI 모델 학습에 사용하지 않습니다. 설정 > "서버 사진 모두 삭제"로 언제든 한 번에 지울 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요.
무료 결과물에는 작은 "Pet Again · AI" 워터마크가 있습니다. 고화질(유료) 옵션으로 워터마크 없이 저장할 수 있어요. 단, AI로 만들었다는 표시는 유료여도 앱 안에서 유지됩니다.

Some features, such as images and videos, use credits. Your first image is free to try. You can buy credits under Settings > Credit Store.
If a generation fails, the credits used are automatically refunded. No request is needed.
Results are AI-generated depictions and may differ from the original. Photos where the face is clearly visible produce a closer likeness. If you mark a result as "not similar," we'll create one more in the same style for free.
Uploaded original photos are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours after generation, and results are kept for up to 30 days. Uploaded photos are not used to train AI models. You can erase everything at once via Settings > "Delete all my server photos." See the Privacy Policy for details.
Free results carry a small "Pet Again · AI" watermark. The high-quality (paid) option saves without a watermark. However, the in-app AI-generated label is kept even for paid results.
